CYCLADIC ISLANDS, Paros, (510-475 B.C.), silver drachm, (5.98 grams), obv. goat standing to right, dotted border, rev. rev. incuse square punch, (cf.S.3060, SNG Del. 2442, cf.Weber 4691). Very fine and very rare.

Probably from the Paros hoard of 1936. This series of coins has been the subject of a doctorate degree from Sydney University by Dr. Ken Sheedy.
