MACEDON, Aegae, (520-480 B.C.), silver eighth stater, (0.87 grams), obv. goat kneeling to right, rev. four part incuse square of early archaic form, (cf.S.1293, SNG ANS 66, SNG Cop. 25, Traite II, I, 1950, cf. Berk sale 59, 163). Very fine and very rare.
