All notes contained in a special presentation book printed by the Reserve Bank and presented to prominent people directly connected with the design and printing of the decimal notes.

Inscribed to 'E.R. Murray Jones - With sincere appreciation of your contribution to this project - W.H.Wilcock 14-2-66'. Murray Jones was the engraver responsible for the first decimal notes included in this book and W.H.Wilcock was the General Manager of the Note Printing Branch of the Reserve Bank.
