HENRY III, (1216-1272), silver penny, long cross issue, class 3b, issued 1248-1250, HVG/E ON/WIL/TON, Wilton mint, (S.1363, N.987). Double struck on the reverse, otherwise extremely fine and rare.

Ex. Richard Cyril Lockett collection and illustrated on supplementary plate 77 (row 3 no 2), Glendining's June 6-9 1955 (lot 1203 part) and with Dave Hess, Baton Rouge Louisiana envelope.
