HENRY III, (1216-1272), silver penny, long cross issue, class 5g, issued 1251-1272, AMB/ROC/I ON/CAN, Canterbury mint, (S.1373, N.997). Good very fine and a rare moneyer, noted only for this sub-type.

Ex. Richard Cyril Lockett collection with his ticket and illustrated from the supplemenary plate 79 (row 6 no 2), Glendining's June 6-9 1955 (lot 1207 part) and with Dave Hess, Baton Rouge Louisiana envelope.
