GALERIA VALERIA, second wife of Galerius, daughter of Diocletian, (A.D. 305-311), folles, issued Siscia mint, issued 309-310, obv. embroidered draped bust with diadem to right of Galeria Valeria, around GAL VALERIA AVG, rev. Venus standing facing, head to left holding apple and drapery, around VENERI VICTRICI, in exergue SIS, to left in field crescent to right A, (cf.S.3730, RIC 210). Some dirt adhesion, otherwise very fine and scarce.
