MAXIMINUS I, (A.D. 235-238), silver denarius, Rome mint, obv. laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right of Maximinus, around IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG, rev. Fides standing facing head to left, holding standard in each hand, around FIDES MILITVM, (BMC 1, RIC 7A, C.7, S.2337). Bright and attractive, good very fine and scarce.
