VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), AE as, Rome mint, obv. laureate head of Vespasian to right, around IMP CAESAR VESPASIAN AVG COS IIII, rev. AEQVI[TAS] AVGVSTI, SC across in field, Aequitas standing to left holding scales and rod, (cf.RIC 527, cf.C.18, cf.S.801). Fine and very rare, the obverse legend unpublished with this reverse.
