VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), silver denarius, issued 69-70, Rome mint, obv. laureate head to right of Vespasian, around [IMP] CAESAR VESPASIANVS AVG, rev. Pax seated to left, holding branch and caduceus, around COS ITER TR PO[T], (BMC 26, RIC 10, C.94h, S.772). Slightly off centre on small flan, otherwise very fine.
