SEVERINA, wife of Aurelian, (A.D. 270-275), AE denarius, Rome mint, obv. diademed and draped bust of Severina to right, around SEVERINA AVG, rev. VENVS FELIX, Venus standing to left, holding Cupid? and sceptre, in exergue E, (RIC 6; S.3287). Porous surface, otherwise good fine and a rare denomination.
