REPUBLIC, L. Calpurnius Piso Frugi, (c.90 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, obv. laureate head of Apollo X behind, rev. L. PISO FRVGI, naked horseman to galloping to right holding palm, (S.254, Cr.340/1, obv. mark 57). Very fine and scarce mark.
