JUSTINIAN I, (A.D.527-565), gold tremissis, Constantinople mint, (1.41 other 1.255 grams), obv. bust of Justinian I to right, with diadem, wearing cuirass and paludamentum, d N IVSTINI ANVS PP AVI around, rev. Victory advancing to right, holding wreath and cross on globe, star to right in field, around VICTORIA AVGVSTORVI, CONOB in exergue, (S.145, D.O.19, R.467-9). Both slightly crinkled, otherwise fine- very fine. (2)
