MANUEL II PALAEOLOGUS, (A.D. 1391-1423), silver quarter hyperpyron (half stavrata), Constantinople mint Public mint, obv. bust of Christ facing, rev. bust of Manuel facing with B C on each side, (cf. S.2552, Bendall 343.9). Nearly very fine and scarce.
