AUGUSTUS, (B.C. 27 - A.D. 14), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued 16 B.C., (17.83 grams), obv. OB CIVIS in oak wreath flanked by two laurel branches, below SERVATOS, rev. S C in centre legend around, [C ASINIVS C F] GALLVS III VIR A[AAFF], (cf.S.502, RIC 370, CBN 372). Worn on outer legend on the reverse with some surface pitting, otherwise fine and rare.
