REPUBLIC, M. Plaetorius M.f. Cestianus, (c.67 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, obv. young male head (Bonus Eventus) to right, symbol behind, rev. caduceus between M. PLAETORI and CEST EX S.C., (S.-, Cr. 405/5, Syd. 807). Brilliant, extremely fine and rare thus.
