EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy I, (323-283 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (14.00 grams), Alexandria mint, issued 305-283 B.C., obv. diademed head of Ptolemy I to right, with aegis, behind ear delta, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, standing on thunderbolt, around BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU, in field to left P over monogram of PAR, (S.7762; Sv. 255; SNG Cop. 70-71). With punch marks (Bankers marks), otherwise good fine.
