FIVE DOLLARS, Fraser/Cole (1992) plastic issue, lacking entire print on both sides, with N.P.A.adhesive white label still attached and N.P.A. checker's yellow highlighter line. A spectacular error which was marked for repacement, flat uncirculated and very rare.
