NERO, (A.D. 54-68), AE as in orichalcum, Rome mint, issued c. A.D. 65, obv. laureate head of Nero to r., rev. view of front of temple of Janus with latticed window to l. and closed doiuble doors to r., (RIC 309, BMC 232, cf.S.688A). Pimpled surface from heat, otherwise fine.
