A.R.C. (Australian Rowing Club) plain silver medal engraved both sides with ornate rope and floral surround (33 mm) Obverse 'Mens Sana in Corpore Sano, flag and A.R.C.' Reverse 'T. Henderson/Stroke/10 Dec 1974'. Extremely fine.
