NETHERLANDS, medal in copper plated silver, the shield of Graf Wilhelm (1342) receiving permission by Emperor Maximilan to hang in Amsterdam (1488), cast and chased (1578), by P. van Abeele but name removed and replaced by I. Putman, 81mms, (129.53 grams), obv. and rev. presentation scenes, (vL. I, 254, KPK 314). Attractive dark tone, good very fine and unlisted for this weight, very rare.
