CONSTANTINE I, (A.D. 307-337), AE folles, issued 326, Trier mint, (2.87 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Constantine, around CONSTAN TINVS AVG, rev. camp gate two turrets, star above, six stone layers, around PROVIDEN TIAE AVGG, STR dot over crescent in exergue, (cf.S.3948, RIC 475). Dark patina, extremely fine and scarce.
