ROMULUS, son of Maxentius, (died A.D. 309), AE folles, Ostia mint, issued 309-310, (5.87 grams), obv. bare head of Romulus to right, around DIVO ROMOVLO N V BIS CONS, rev. temple with domed roof surmounted by eagle, around AETERNAE MEMORIAE, in exergue REQ, (RIC 257; S.3786). Some surface porosity, otherwise fine and rare.
