CARUS, (A.D. 282-283), billon antoninianus, Rome Mint (2.97 grams), obv. radiate bust of Carinus to right, cuirassed, around IMP CARVS PF AVG, rev. around PAX EXERCITI, Pax standing to left holding olive branch and standard, in exergue PXXI, (S.3403, RIC 75, C.56). Even brown colour, very fine and scarce.
