MAXIMINUS I, (A.D. 235-238), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.32 grams), obv. laureate bust of Maximinus to right, around IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around PAX AVGVSTI, Pax standing half-left, holding branch and transverse scxeptre, (S.2339, RIC 12, C.31a). Brilliant uncirculated and rare in this condition.
