HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, issued 118, Rome mint, (3.60 grams), obv. laureate, draped on far shoulder, head to right of Hadrian, around IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, rev. Salus seated to left holding a patera, around P M TR P COS III, (cf.S.1095, RIC 99, C.1152). Nearly extremely fine and scarce.
