PAMPHYLIA, Aspendos, (370-330 B.C.), silver stater, (10.92 grams), obv. two naked athletes as wrestlers grasping each other by the hands, between them FH, rev. slinger advancing to right about to discharge his sling, trisceles before, behind ESTFEDIIVS, all within dotted square, (cf.S.5398, SNG Pfalzer 9 [same obverse die], BMC 41). Extremely fine and a rare variety.
