ITALY, Bruttium, Croton, (420-390 B.C.), silver stater, (7.79 grams), obv. eagle standing to left, on olive branch with open wings, rev. tripod-lebes with kneck and three handles, in field to right D, to left downwards [K]PO, (S.472, ACNAC Dewing 509, SNG Munich 1451, SNG ANS 365, BMC 79). Very fine with attractive grey tone, rare.
