BOLIVIA, Philip IV (1621-1665), cob eight reales, dated, 1653, Potosi mint, (26.26gms), (CC type 100 var., Cb.1043, Yr.971). Struck on an irregular flan with off-centred obverse, but without any staining or porosity, of good even silver colour, fine and very scarce.

Ex. `Vergulde Draek' or `Gilt Dragon' wreck. $$ Western Australian Cerificate No. 3161.
