BURNS, Edward., The Coinage of Scotland, in three volumes, Edinburgh, 1887, Vol. I, 365 + xxiii pps., Vol. II, 556 + xviii pps., Vol. III, LXXVIII plates, all volumes with bookplates of 'The Bishopsgate Institute' and with stamps throughout and seal impression on title pages. Spine starting to break away, corners rubbed, original binding half leather, otherwise very good.
