MUHAMMAD SHAH, (A.H. 1131-1161), (A.D.1719-1748), round Gold mohur, (10.6 grams), struck at Surat mint, issued A.H. [1131-2] (A.D. 1719-1720), Regnal year 1, obv. Muhammad Shah name at top as 'By Favour of God, Emperor of the Age', rev. partial mint name at bottom, Regnal year centre right, (Not present in any published collection, cf.KM. SAC 435.4 [but gold mohur not silver rupee]). Very fine and very rare, an unpublished type.
