GALERIUS MAXIMIANUS, (A.D. 305-311), AE folles, Antioch mint, issued 310-311, obv. laureate head to right, around IMP C GAL VAL MAXIMINVS PF AVG, rev. GENIO IMP ERATORIS, in field to right A, in exergue ANT, Genius standing to left naked except for floating chlamys, holding head patera and cornucopiae, altar to left, (cf.S.3719, RIC 148a). Extremely fine and scarce.
