ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 220-222, (3.48 grams), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus draped and cuirassed to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around LIBERALITAS AVG II, Liberalitas standing facing, head to left, holding abacus and cornucopiae, (cf.S.2102, RIC 99, C,80). As struck, light golden tone, uncirculated and rare in this condition.
