AUGUSTUS, (27 B.C. - A.D. 14), silver denarius, Lugdunum (Lyons) mint, issued 15-13 B.C., (3.65 grams), obv. bare head of Augustus to right, AVGVSTVS DIVI F around, rev. IMP X in exergue, bull butting to right, (cf.S.486, RIC 167a, C.137, BMC 451). Attractive tone, nearly very fine and scarce.
