EASTERN ENGLAND, Inscribed issue, Corieltauvi, Vep Corf (c.A.D. 5 - 15), stater, coinage of celticized style issued A.D. 5 - 8, (5.2 grams), obv. Corieltauvian Apollo-wreath, two crosses in wreath, rev. celticized horse to left, above VEP retrograde, CORF and eight pointed star below horse, (S.291, Van A. 930-1 notes as extremely rare). Nearly extremely fine and extremely rare, and noted to be finer than the British Museum specimen.
