TRIO:NAVAL General Service Medal, 1915 - two bars - Brunei; Cyprus; Vietnam Medal; Vietnamese Campaign Medal. RM.13461 J.F. Romig Mne. R.M. on first medal, 54944 J.F. Romig on second and third medals. Last medal engraved, others impressed. Very fine.

Recipient was one of six Royal Marines wounded at Limbang during the Brunei operation. He served with the Royal Marines 13 Oct 1953 to 1 May 1963 and with 110 Signal Squadron in Vietnam 1966-67. With research detailing servaice in the Royal Marines, a personal narrative of his R.M. service and photographs of army life in Nu-Dat, Vietnam.
