MEXICO, Philip III-IV (1598-1665), cob eight reales, undated, Mexico city mint (mm. off flan), date and assayer's initial off flan, (KM.44-5). Clipped flan, with large cut into edge, otherwise very good.

Believed to be found on a shipwreck off New Caledonia in 1934.
