JUSTIN I, (A.D. 518-527), gold solidus, Constantinople mint, (4.12 grams), Officina H, obv. helmeted and cuirassed bust of Justin I, three quarters to right, holding spear and shield, around D N IVSTI NVS P P AVG, rev. angel standing facing, holding long staff and cross on globe, star in right field, around [VI]CTORI A AVGGGH, CONOB in exergue, (S.56, DOC.-, Hahn notes To.6 but this is in error, not otherwise noted for this Officina). Graffiti in obverse field, slightly crinkled, otherwise nearly very fine and a rare officina.
