CLAUDIUS, (A.D. 41-54), silvered fouree denarius, (2.64 grams), obv. laureate head of Claudius to right, around TI CLAVD CAESAR AVG PM TR P X IMP P P, rev. PACI AVGVSTAE around, Pax-Nemesis winged advancing to right, holding winged caduceus, snake before, (cf.S.631, RIC 52, BMC 62). Nearly extremely fine and very rare.
