REPUBLIC, Cnaeus Pompey Junior (Eldest son of Pompey the Great), (46-45 B.C.), silver denarius, (3.6 grams), Spanish mint, obv. Roma head to right in Corinthian helmet, around M. POBLICI. LEG PRO, PR behind, rev. female Hispania to right, presenting palm to Pompey alighting from prow, around CN. MAGNVS. IMP, (S.337; Cr.469/1a, Syd.1035). Banker's mark on obverse, well centred, fine and very scarce.
