TIBERIUS, (A.D. 14-37), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 14-37, (3.85 grams), obv. laureate head of Tiberius to right, around TI CAESAR DI[VI AVG F AV]GVSTVS, rev. PONTIF MAXIM, Livia seated to right, with vertical sceptre and branch, (S.567, RIC 30, BMC 48). Slightly off centred on the obverse, well centred on the reverse, unevenly toned, otherwise very fine and scarce in this condition.

Ex. Downie's October 1990. Of Biblical importance as the issue is often described as the Tribute Penny (Mark 12: 14-17).
