LYCIA, Lycian Dynasts, Mithrapata, silver stater, (380-375 B.C.), (9.85 grams), obv. facing lion scalp triskeles below, M on face, rev. head of dynast Mithrapata left, around **ME)(PP[GP]TP, trisceles behind, all within incuse square, (S.5225, SNG von A. 4236-7, Morkhom and Olcay 'The Coin Hoard from Podalia', (in Num.Chron 1971), Nos. 72-74, [dies A6/P6]). Nearly extremely fine and very rare.
