PRESERVATION OF GEORGE III, 1800, silver medal, by C.H. Kuchler, 48mm, (61.2 grams), obv. George III bust to left, rev. flaming altar, eye of Jehovah above, dated 1800, (Pollard 23 (ii) [p.293], cf.Eimer 916, BHM 482, cf.Fearon 251.1). Minor gash in field, extremely fine and extremely rare.

Ex. A.H. Baldwin, London, in 1995. See previous lot, a legend variant on the reverse to that described in the previous lot.
