LIEUT COL C.E.E.UMPHELBY, Commanding V.P.A.(Victorian Permanent Artillery) studio photograph portrait mounted on board (570 x 430mm) by Richards & Co., Ballarat. Fine. Some foxing and scratches, otherwise fine.

Lt Colonel Unpelby was mortally wounded at Osfontein, South Africa, March 8th 1900.
