VICTORIAN LOCAL FORCES, c.1890's, blue cloth helmet with brass spike and attachments, scale chin strap, Victorian double wreath helmet plate in brass, maker's name T.W.Clark, Bourke Street, Melbourne stamped inside helmet. Replacement leather liner and leather edging on brim, some mothing, otherwise very fine.
