CHINA, The Chinese Engineering & Mining Company Limited, one dollar, Tongshan, 1st March 1902, by Waterlow & Sons, London, normal signature, No. A3133, with counterfoil attached, black on orange, (cf.P.S246). Uncirculated and very rare.

The firm after 1912 was called the Kailan Mining Administration, it was the largest and best-known of all British owned mining enterprises in China.
