HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 134-138, (3.2 grams), obv. laureate head of Hadrian to right, around HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, rev. around TELLVS STABIL, Tellus standing to left, tunic to knees, holding plow and rake, two ears of corn on ground, (S.-, RIC 276, RSC 1427). Good very fine/very fine and scarce.
