CHELSEA HALFPENNY, sailor with wooden leg presenting a petition to Britannia/figure of Hope leaning on an anchor, 1795 (D&H 277b). Weakly struck up on centre of reverse, planchet defective in that area, traces of mint red nearly uncirculated and scarce in this condition.
