PALESTINE, Judaea, Aelia Capitolina (Jerusalem), Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus, (A.D. 161-169), AE 26, (14.25 grams), obv. laureate busts of both rulers facing each other, rev. Tyche seated to left, around traces COL [AE]L CAP outwards, (cf.S.1712, Kadman 57, [notes 19 specimens known], M.55, SNG ANS 603-4, BMC 49). Extensive porosity, nearly fine and very rare.
