PHOENICIA, Berytus, Claudius (A.D.41-54), AE 25, (14.83 grams), obv. bare head to left, around [TI CLAVD] CAESAR A[VG GERM IMP], rev. colonist ploughing to right with yoke of oxen, COL IV[L], with AVG in exergue, (cf.S.477, SNG Cop. 93, BMC 72). Has been cleaned, very fine and very scarce.
