SYRIA, Decapolis, Gadara, Faustina Junior (wife of Marcus Aurelius), (d.175 A.D), issued A.D. 161-2, AE 21, (4.8 grams), obv. draped bust to right of Faustina Junior, around FAYCTINA [C]EB[AC]TH, rev. laureate bust of Zeus to right, around **GADARE* WN EKC, (S.1798, Spijkerman 49, SNG ANS 1312, Mabbott 2637 [this coin illustrated]). Light dirt patina, very fine and a very scarce.
